LY #38: Clap Your Hands if You Believe in Fairies
Oh my goodness.
If my Introduction to Visual Rhetoric class "makes" this winter or spring, I must talk about the Deschutes County Property Tax Fairy. She is the star of an unusual bit of explanatory visual rhetoric. Frankly, I liked her and she helped me out but I'm having trouble figuring out her underlying meaning. I guess that if I do teach the course I'll have to track down the creators of the lecture and ask them.
